1. Respectful Communication

Treat every member of the ClearHealth community — students, faculty, instructors, administrators and staff — with respect. Communicate professionally and inclusively, and welcome people of all backgrounds and levels of experience.

2. Professional Conduct

Communicate and participate in a manner appropriate for an educational and professional healthcare-learning environment.

3. Academic Integrity

Complete learning activities honestly. Plagiarism, cheating, unauthorised collaboration, impersonation, falsification and other forms of academic misconduct are not permitted.

4. Constructive Learning

Ask thoughtful questions, contribute to meaningful discussion, offer constructive feedback and collaborate in ways that support everyone's learning.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

Do not post or share patient-identifying information, protected health information, confidential clinical information, or other private information belonging to patients, colleagues, institutions or other individuals.

ClearHealth is an educational platform. It is not a clinical record system and should not be used as one.

6. Appropriate Use of Community Features

Use community features for educational discussion, professional development, collaboration and appropriate ClearHealth-related communication.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Harassment, threats, discrimination, abusive behaviour, inappropriate content, impersonation, spam, malicious activity, unauthorised access and any other misuse of the platform are not allowed.

8. Reporting Concerns

If you have a concern about community conduct or platform misuse, please contact support@clearhealtheducation.com.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

ClearHealth may review reported concerns and take appropriate action when these guidelines are not followed. This may include removing content, restricting access, or other measures consistent with applicable policies and agreements.
